- New users are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
2. Subscription Renewals
- Automatic renewals are non-refundable.
- To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your account dashboard, Google Play, or Apple App Store (depending on where you purchased).
3. App Store Purchases
- If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds must be requested directly through the respective platform, as we do not control third-party billing.
- Please follow the official refund process provided by Google or Apple.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds beyond the 7-day window may be considered only if:
- The service was unusable due to technical issues directly caused by Encrivo (and our support team was unable to resolve the issue).
- The user was incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Failure to use or cancel the service on time.
- Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse, illegal activity).
- Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (e.g., specific website blocking, ISP restrictions).
