Encrivo LLC lets you delete your Encrivo VPN account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself in the app, or request it by email if you cannot access the app.
Your account is anonymized immediately and you are signed out. After deletion you can no longer sign in with that account.
If you can't access the app, email support@encrivo.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership before we process the request (for example, by confirming details only the account holder would know). We process verified deletion requests as promptly as we reasonably can.
When your account is deleted we:
As permitted or required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, and compliance purposes, we may retain some payment, subscription, security, audit, and abuse-prevention records. Once your account is anonymized, these records are no longer linked to identifying personal data.
