These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Encrivo VPN app and service ("Service") provided by BENEERA LLC ("we", "us"; references to "Encrivo" in this document mean BENEERA LLC — Encrivo VPN is a product of BENEERA LLC). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Encrivo VPN is a virtual private network app whose core function is to establish a secure, encrypted WireGuard tunnel for your device's internet traffic through Encrivo's servers. The Service requires an Encrivo account.
2. Encrivo Premium subscriptions (Google Play)
Encrivo Premium is offered in the Android app (version 1.1.0 and later) as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment and charges it to your Google Play account; Encrivo never receives your card or bank details. Connecting to the VPN requires an active subscription or free trial on your Encrivo account.
Price. The price, currency, and billing period are shown in the app and on Google Play’s purchase screen before you confirm. The amount charged is the amount Google Play shows on its purchase screen for your country, which may include taxes.
Free trial. Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial through Google Play. When the 3 days end, the trial converts automatically into the paid plan you chose (monthly or yearly) and Google Play charges the price shown, unless you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends. The free trial is available once per customer: it is not offered to an Encrivo account that has already subscribed to Encrivo Premium through Google Play or had a free trial, and Google Play applies its own eligibility rules.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each month or each year, depending on your plan), and Google Play charges the price for that period, until you cancel.
Price changes. If the price of your plan changes, Google Play notifies you before the new price applies and, where required, asks for your agreement; you can cancel in Google Play before it takes effect.
Cancelling and managing your subscription. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); Manage subscription in the app opens the same place. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the trial or billing period that is already running. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Google Play may keep Premium available for a grace period while it retries the payment. If the payment still does not go through, Google Play may put the subscription on hold, and Premium is unavailable until the payment is fixed or the subscription ends. Premium is also unavailable while a subscription is paused in Google Play.
Refunds. Payments for Encrivo Premium are made through Google Play, and any refund is made through Google Play. Refund requests are made to Google Play and decided under Google Play’s refund policies. Encrivo does not issue refunds from the app or from its own systems, and unused time is not refunded automatically when you cancel or delete your account. If Google Play refunds or reverses a payment (for example, after a chargeback) and ends the subscription, Premium access ends when Google Play notifies us. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
One account. A subscription belongs to the Encrivo account it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to a different Encrivo account.
Deleting your account. If you delete your Encrivo account while a Google Play subscription is still renewing, Encrivo cancels that renewal with Google Play as part of the deletion so that you are not charged again; a free trial that is still running does not convert into a paid subscription. Premium access ends immediately, and unused paid time is not refunded automatically. This also applies if you have already cancelled the subscription but still have time remaining: Premium access ends when the account is deleted. Google Play may continue to show the subscription, marked as cancelled, until the end of the period you already paid for; this does not mean that Premium is still available. If Google Play does not confirm the cancellation at that moment, your account is still deleted and Encrivo keeps retrying automatically; check Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) to confirm that the subscription shows as cancelled. If you would rather keep Premium until the end of a period you have paid for, cancel in Google Play instead and delete your account after that period ends.
Earlier versions of the app (1.0.0) contain no in-app purchase or payment flow.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not, and must not allow others to:
use the Service to engage in or facilitate any illegal activity, including unauthorized access to systems, fraud, distribution of malware, or infringement of others' rights;
send spam, conduct denial-of-service or network attacks, or scan or probe networks without authorization;
transmit, store, or distribute material that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that exploits or endangers minors;
resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security, rate limits, device limits, or integrity of the Service;
reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Service availability and limitations
We aim to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, server or network conditions, or factors beyond our control. A VPN protects traffic in transit between your device and our servers; it does not make you anonymous, does not protect against all threats (such as malware on your device or information you voluntarily disclose), and is subject to the performance of your network and the destination services you use.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described in our account deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and the retention of records described in our Privacy Policy) will survive.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BENEERA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and how, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
