These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Encrivo VPN app and service ("Service") provided by Encrivo LLC ("Encrivo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Encrivo VPN is a virtual private network app whose core function is to establish a secure, encrypted WireGuard tunnel for your device's internet traffic through Encrivo's servers. The Service requires an Encrivo account.
The version of Encrivo VPN distributed on Google Play does not contain any in-app purchase or payment flow and does not sell digital goods or subscriptions inside the app. Any subscription, plan, or entitlement associated with your account is provisioned and managed outside the Google Play–distributed app. You will not be charged through the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not, and must not allow others to:
We aim to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, server or network conditions, or factors beyond our control. A VPN protects traffic in transit between your device and our servers; it does not make you anonymous, does not protect against all threats (such as malware on your device or information you voluntarily disclose), and is subject to the performance of your network and the destination services you use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described in our account deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and the retention of anonymized records described in our Privacy Policy) will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encrivo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and how, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
